CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES & POSTING TIMES
The last post day to receive UK orders before Christmas is 18.12.18 for 2nd Class Royal Mail and 20.12.18 for 1st Class Royal Mail / UPS Express options. The last post day to receive international orders before Christmas is 14.12.18. If you’re a last minute shopper – don’t worry, just give us a call on 020 8533 3310 and we will see what we can do.
We ship all over the world so if your shipping options do not appear, please don’t hesitate to get in contact at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the telephone 0044 (0)208 533 3310 and we can arrange a separate quote.
Otherwise, we aim to deliver your order within 5 working days of receiving it. Should you require your items more urgently please choose express shipping – orders will be shipped via UPS service. Please note that UPS does not deliver over weekends.
For small parcels up to 2kg to be shipped within the UK we use the Post Office, your shipping rate is calculated at check out based on the size and weight of your shipment and you can choose between 1st and 2nd class parcel service – shipping time is 2-5 working days.
Orders marked express and placed before the 12 pm daily cut off will take 1-2 working days via UPS. This also applies to oversized or bulky orders but these may be shipped using a different courier that will be dictated by their size and weight. Orders placed after 12 pm will roll over to the following working day. Your shipping rate is calculated at check out based on your address and the size and weight of your shipment. If for any reason the shipping calculated is not appropriate for your order, we will contact you directly by email.
Some countries/regions are outside of the standard shipping zones and the shipping rates given at checkout may not be accurate. If an additional shipping cost applies to your order we will contact you immediately to let you know. Please note that you may be charged import duty & taxes as determined by the Government guidelines for your country.
Please note that we may not be able to process your order in full for any of the following reasons:
- If the product you ordered is out of stock. In this instance, we will contact you via email with a stock arrival date or you may choose to receive a refund on the out of stock item or cancel your order entirely.
- If we are unable to authorise your payment.
- If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to conditions that are beyond our control
